Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days

Shipments in Canada are subject to Canada Post delays (such as stat holidays, weekends, strikes, etc.) If we are experiencing a high order volume, you will be notified of any delay via email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email about your purchase upon payment, and then a shipping email once we send your order to Canada Post.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All About Trout is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

All About Trout is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly, to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

If you are shipping to the states:
$15 shipping we cannot guarantee a deliver time (due to current supply chain problems globally). We are committed to getting you your order ASAP. If you have any questions re: the status of your order please reach out to us

$40 shipping anywhere in the USA will include a tracking number and guaranteed delivery within 4-8 days. This option is more expensive due to the status of shipping right now, and we hope to one day make this our international standard.

Returns Policy

We offer returns for in store credit only. Products must be unused and in original packaging. To begin the return process email us at info@allabouttrout.ca with the subject line titled RETURN and from there we will set you up with a return slip and the store credit. Returns usually take up to a week.
